Curtis just came by with s’more chickens. It’s awesome. The Poulet Train rolls on.
Also, we are finally able to get organic, pasture raised, heritage breed, skin-on whole pigs! (It’s the “skin-on” and “whole” that have been so difficult to procure for pastured pork). These are coming from Becker Lane Organics in Iowa.
You can guess what that means: Chi. Cha. Rrones. And head cheese, sesos, and other deliciousnesses. Look for our first Becker Lane pork to show up on the menu next week — I will update as we get it ready.
